Civil Engineer

Plan, supervise and check the civil and finishing works on our fit-out, flooring and maintenance projects, from the first survey to handover.

Review drawings, specifications and site conditions before work starts.
Plan and sequence civil works with the operations team and site supervisors.
Check materials and installation against the agreed specification at each stage.
Coordinate with clients, consultants and building management on technical matters and approvals.
Prepare site records, inspection reports and handover documents.

Requirements

Degree in civil engineering.
Experience on fit-out, construction or maintenance projects in the UAE.
Good knowledge of local authority approvals and site safety practice.
Clear written and spoken English.

Sales Executive

Dubai. Full time.

Win and look after clients for our interiors, flooring and maintenance divisions, from the first conversation to a signed quotation.

Responsibilities

Respond to enquiries and arrange site visits with the technical team.
Understand each client’s needs and match them to the right division and service.
Prepare and follow up quotations, and keep client records up to date in our CRM.
Build relationships with property managers, retailers, F&B operators and contractors.
Track the sales pipeline and report on progress.

Requirements

Sales experience in contracting, fit-out, facilities management or construction materials in the UAE.
Confident communicator in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Organised, with experience of using a CRM.
Valid UAE driving licence.

Site Supervisor

Dubai, with sites across the UAE. Full time.

Run day to day work on our sites, keeping crews safe, on programme and to specification.

Supervise trade teams and foremen on site every day.
Make sure work follows the drawings, the specification and the programme.
Check each stage before the next trade starts, and record progress.
Keep the site safe, clean and compliant with HSE rules.
Report progress and issues to the engineer and the operations manager.

Requirements

Several years of site supervision on fit-out, flooring or construction projects in the UAE.
Good understanding of finishing trades and site safety.
Able to read drawings and lead a team.
Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
