Every floor is specified after a site inspection. These are the things we check before we confirm a system and a rate.
- Substrate conditionThe state of the surface the system will be laid on.
- PreparationThe work the surface needs before the system goes down.
- System thicknessSet against the wear the floor has to take.
- TrafficFootfall, trolleys, vehicles and forklifts.
- Chemical and temperature exposureSpills, cleaning chemicals, heat and cold in daily use.
- Possession windowHow long the area can be handed over, for example overnight between trading days.

Yes. For Spinneys we laid floors overnight, zone by zone, in ten stores and at The Kitchen by Spinneys in Dubai Mall, and every one of them kept trading.

Our own certified applicators. Nexar keeps its specialist trades on its payroll, with no subcontracted workmanship.
