Common questions.
How much does MMA flooring cost?
As a guide, AED 120 to 250 per m². The final rate depends on surface condition, preparation, system thickness and the materials selected, and is confirmed after a site inspection.
When is MMA the right choice?
When the possession window is short. At The Kitchen by Spinneys in Dubai Mall, fast-cure MMA suited the food-service floor and the short possession window.
Can the work be done while we stay open?
Yes. For Spinneys we laid floors overnight, zone by zone, in ten stores and at The Kitchen by Spinneys in Dubai Mall, and every one of them kept trading.
Who installs the floor?
Our own certified applicators. Nexar keeps its specialist trades on its payroll, with no subcontracted workmanship.
